A meeting of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairman (PBCC) at BISE Rawalpindi made the final choice about the test date. All members agreed on the same list of dates that would be used by all school boards in the area.

The official statement says that the Matric board tests will begin on March 1. The first paper will be about the history and civics of Pakistan. This will be followed by papers in Punjabi, English (which is required), and Arabic. The General Science and Chemistry tests are on March 6, and the Elements of Home Economics tests are on March 7. On March 18, 2024, the last test for Class 10 will be given.

Not only that, but the Class 9 board tests will start on March 19 and end on April 4. Examinations for the morning session will start at 8:30 am in 2024, and those for the evening session will begin at 1:30 pm.
